The strongest demand continues for corporate\/commercial and property lawyers at all levels, however there are significant talent shortages at the associate and senior associate levels.<\/p>\n<p>As baby boomers are reaching retirement age, more and more small law firms are considering succession planning and selling their firm. Interestingly, we are seeing the younger generation of lawyers interested in purchasing small established law firms.
