It’s okay if you decide that you do not want to practice as a Lawyer. There are plenty of options available to you. There are many companies that love employing Lawyers who don’t want to practice as Lawyers because they see that they add tremendous value in avoiding risk and also in creating incredible value for the company just based on their training and their skills.<\/p>\n

You might also decide to take a different career path altogether which is in line with your passions. A couple of examples are, I had a friend of mine who was passionate about IT who practiced as a Lawyer initially but is now the head of IT for a very large Australian retailer. Another friend of mine had a passion for cycling and has now started and is successfully growing a cycling tour company, and I have another friend who was passionate about the academic side of Law and has gone back to academia and now works at a University.<\/p>\n

So the key thing is to find about what you want to do with your career, what your passions are, and then really go for it.<\/p>\n
